Complete our 'New Investor Form', allowing us to assess your requirement criteria and qualify you as eligible to receive our deals.

You have the opportunity to book in a call with one of the team here too.

Once accepted on to the list, you will start to receive our property investment deals, all of which have passed our strict quality standard (due diligence).

3.
Once you receive a property investment deal that suits you, tell us you are interested via a click of a button. At this stage we will need to verify proof of funds & ID, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. In some cases, we may ask you to sign an NDA. Then we can arrange any required viewings.
4.
Post viewing you make your purchase decision, to buy or not to buy.

To proceed, we will assist you in speeding up the conveyancing process on your behalf up until exchange of contracts.

If you are looking for a tailored approach, we are soon about to offer a limited availability bespoke sourcing service whereby our search and analysis results go to only you.
