NestBridge is the creation of Sophie Kelly and Jacopo Trombetta, two property entrepreneurs who both experienced how difficult it is to find a reliable and trusted sourcing partner. A partner that is able to present accurate figures and reliable data based on representative comparables and true build costs. After speaking to literally hundreds of investors, who experienced the same frustration in the lack of quality deals being presented to them, they decided to do something about it.
Sophie and Jacopo have combined forces to curate a property investment service that is trustworthy and reliable, supportive and holistic. By navigating the complicated landscape, managing many moving parts, we save valuable time for investors as well as residential buyers, enabling more freedom and focus for the more enjoyable aspects of your day to day; we do the hard work for you.

Meet the Team
Before NestBridge, Sophie had been running a successful London property sourcing business. Jaco, had been an investor seeking property projects through furbio (Sophie’s first business), and impressed with the quality of deals and details provided, suggested a coffee meet to understand the strategies and operations.
After working on a couple of projects together, they soon realised that their skillsets and previous entrepreneurial experience were perfectly aligned and complimentary. A few months later, NestBridge was born, setting out to be the most trustworthy sourcing partner across the UK.
