NestBridge was born out of the the need for genuine, off-market, below-market value (BMV) deals that are offered with thorough and accurate analysis; a true ROI. Our deal sizes range from £60k - £5m.

BRRR (BTL & HMO)
Buy: acquiring a property that is undervalued or in need of repair.
Refurbish: make improvements to the property, adding value.
Rent: to show lenders the quality and reliability of the asset
Refinance: using the increased value of the property as collateral, use generated equity to invest in additional properties. Exits are either BTL or HMO (House of Multiple Occupation)

Property Flips
Where an investor purchases a property and subsequently sells it within a relatively short period to generate a profit. Flipping can be executed through two methods: either by acquiring a property in a rapidly appreciating market and reselling it without making any modifications, or by enhancing the property to boost its value and appeal before selling.

Mixed Use & Commercial
Mixed-use and commercial buildings are attractive property investments due to diversified income streams, higher rental yields, potential for capital appreciation and often stable, long-term tenants.
With flexible use options and potential tax benefits, this use class are a strong addition to a diversified portfolio, often with less buyer competition.
